Run fat boy run!

I ran yesterday for the 1st time in nearly a week we did 6.5km plus exercises and damn it felt good.

Just a short 4 km at lunch today

I think the plan will be to do big runs Monday Wednesday Friday and short ones Tuesday & Thursday so not to knacker myself but get that fitness up fast!

Bike ride has been all road bike for the past week and I’ll stick with it until Friday when it will be cleaned & put away allowing Kona to come out and play for a couple of weeks.

The Monday and Friday runs are great cause they are usually with my colleagues and half way round we do some sit ups, running up and down steps and sprints which was really hard the 1st week but felt quite good yesterday.

So big run tomorrow, Think it’ll be a 10km (longest run I’ve ever done!)
