1st Road Run

Running is hard! but it does burn a lot of calories and after 30 mins I had managed to go 2.9miles which is 4.6km and only had to stop twice but i kept walking and didn’t stop because I was too tired I just needed to stretch my calfs

So

Time on road : 30mins
Knee comfort during & after 5/10
(1 being can’t walk and 10
being no problems)

Distance 4.6km
(target 10km in 30 mins)

Off road path home
