6 mile [i think] run today with brett over the hills of the slag heaps and through the byways of thurcroft. It was a good run and we got back just before the hottest part of the day, but either then or in the subsequent few hours as we undid all our good work with masses of chilli and beers i’ve burnt the top of my head. Ouch!
